Delicious As Fuck Overnight Oats

Listen, I don’t have much time, especially in the morning. My kid never wants to get dressed, then when he does, he wants to wiggle all over the place, on top of getting myself dressed and shit prepped for the day. It’s rough.

Making this the night before, or a few if you’re like me, makes things so damn easy. I usually make 2-3 ahead of time because I don’t really like it to sit longer than that. If the 3rd is a little dry, you can add in a little bit of milk.

I stir it up in the morning, add a banana cut into slices, and go! This is one of my favorite combinations of flavors, chocolate, peanut butter, and banana.

You can swap out the fruit for anything else, and do or don’t use chocolate chips. You can also add honey, granola, or chia seeds.

What you’ll need:

Mason jars (I just recently bought and love these)

Oat/almond/soy milk (I use this)

Old fashioned oats

Stevia

Chocolate chips

PB2

RECIPE:

3/4 cup old-fashioned oats

3/4 cup milk of choice

1 packet of stevia/equivalent

2 tbsp PB2

optional: chocolate chips (measure with your heart)

Screw on the lid and shake the absolute shit out of it!

In the morning, stir it, then add the fruit of your choice.

And enjoy!

I don’t count macros or calories, but if you do:

Below is without bananas or chocolate chips. The other includes both of them.

I seriously love these because they’re so easy to finish in the morning and then you have a super filling breakfast to eat on the go, at your desk at work, snuggled on the couch, etc.

Make it and let me know what you think!
